Why Investigators Should Focus on the Lithium-Ion Batteries Aboard MH370 - The Daily Beast

I agree here, I think that way too much time is being spent on the
human aspect of this disaster. Everyone knows how dangerous the
lithium-ion batteries can be and have been in the past and Malaysian
Airlines as come out and said these batteries where in the cargo hold.
It is human nature to gossip and look for the most sinister of outcomes
even if that's not the outcome they are cheering for.

As much as I hate to say this because I as much as the next person want everyone of these people to come home safely, I am
and have been for the last week or so leaning toward some type of on
board disaster, like fire and one of the worst fires you can have
anywhere is fire involving these Ion batteries, the reason being I could
have seen a terror group be ultra quiet for a short amount of time but
by now if this whole situation was man made people would be at the very
least talking about it if not right out claiming responsibility.
